Feyruz New Look

Amin shaved Feyruz' head last Tuesday to get rid of the dried scalp and hopefully help with the rashes. Got it done in 1 1/2 hours.

Alhamdulillah.. no cuts!

New house

Alhamdulillah, we've moved to our new home.. for the time being, until god knows when. This Ramadhan has been so challenging for us, both physically and mentally. It's really hard to keep up when things change rapidly. Every now and then I wish that we could settle down and relax for a bit. But then we're going to miss the excitement and adventure- Bliss.

Despite that we are in our new place, the move didn't go too well..
U- Haul wasn't cooperating made us went everywhere like a mad man to find trucks and equipments to rent. 
The friends that were supposed to help had to work on the day we moved.
The temperature was 100F!
Z the superman had to load all of our furnitures and boxes by himself, and he was fasting!
I had to clean up the house, prepare food for buka and take care of Irfan.
The greedy-tua- nyanyuk tunggu masa nak mati landlord charged us $$$$ for the deposit. (landlord rumah lama)
Hired movers to help at the new house but buat keje separuh jalan. 
I swore and cursed like crazy in Ramadhan... sigh..

Thank God..
We have Z the superman to do all the labor work during the move(We love you DaDa!)
The new house is soooo pretty with NO spiders at least tak nampak lagi la alhamdullillah.  
Irfan wasn't fussy and was so excited to clean and help mama out.
We had some frozen foods that I cooked to keep the tummies happy! especially for sahur, dah agak susah pindah2 ni so masak banyak2 and freeze kan. Bila nak makan defrost, tak payah masak time nak pindah. Really helped me out.

I didn't really take any pictures.. malas plus it was so hectic. ni barang still sepah satu rumah and raya is within a week! This raya: no kuih raya, no baju raya, no gambar raya, planning to cook for Raya Insyaallah. But we have rumah Raya haha! Jadila kan.

My raya project- bukan jahit baju raya ye kawan2, alter kecikkan baju raya je. hihi tu pun rasa susah sgt. But now I'm an expert. =)

The last 10 days of Ramadhan and I'm having my period.. sigh. sedihnye..niat nak terawikh every night.

Feyruz at One Month Old

He sleeps 16-18 hours a day. He wakes up mostly for feeding and diaper changing.


When he's awake, I put him on the tummy turtle mat where he's suppose to do some tummy time (meaning spending some time on his tummy).

But sometimes he just likes to look around and stretch his muscles.

He recently got some baby acnes mostly on his cheeks and chin. Found out that it is a common condition for a newborn. Hopefully it will clear up soon.

yuuhuu i feel so excited nk jumpe my beloved family within 2weekss time..roughly ni laa plan nyer..yang kat delhi, agra n jaipur im not putting the place that we are going 2 visit..sbb byk sangat..ingat kn nk bwak meng g post mortem nnt...suro meng berlakon jd student sni..tp meng plakk penakot..x nak ngk...aiyoookk..expereince ngk post mortem mmg priceless...sbb dapat ngk dierong grill the head..kuarkn brain n other organs..hopefully sume nyer berjalan lancarr...amin...n this year we are going to celebrate syawal kat INDIA!!makan karii laa korng yerr pg raye nnt..hhuuaakkakka =)))

Feyruz' 2 Week Checkup

First, the nurse asked to undress Feyruz.


Then, the nurse weighed him.


Then checked his length and head circumference.
Length: 20 1/4 inch
Head circumference: 13 cm


After that, the doctor checked him and asked about his development and behavior.


And Feyruz received his first Hepatitis B shot.

Let's move it move it!!

Ouch we have to move again! For the second time within a year! This time around to a bigger city oh yeah! Hopefully it's for the best amin.. doakan kami sentiasa di bawah lindungan Ilahi, Insyaallah.

I'm blogging from the hotel that we currently duduk for 3 days.. Mr. Z kena keja so Irfan and I packed our stuff and duduk sekali kat hotel. This weekend baru pegi balik to our house angkut semua barang to ou new apartment tu je yg termampu at this point.

The hotel is quite nice, it's actually a studio with kitchen. So boleh la masak2 sikit especially puasa ni senang sikit kalau ade kitchen. The bathroom is quite roomy, bilik decent la. Nothing to brag about. 
Jaga Irfan dalam bilik kecik ni leceh la jugak. He wants to run around, tadi dah ade sorang mamat duduk below our room datang complain he heard stomping sound Irfan jumping around la ape lagi
But kalau dah budak ni mana la nak control kan. I think I can smell problems bila kitaorg move to apt in a few days..

My favorite Boy at 23 MO

Yesterday Irfan turned 23 months! The BIG 2-3. Whoaaa and soon he'll be 2 years old. I cannot believe my eyes looking at Irfan yg dah berlari, bergolek, panjat sana sini, and he is super smart too just like his dada =).
I haven't been updating Irfan's milestone for quite some time. Ntah la since I've been with him like literally every single second in a day, rasa mcm dah puas tengok dia malas nak keep a journal pulak.

Hhuhu and actually I don't really have the luxury duduk2 lepak2.. makin dok rumah makin banyak pulak keje kena buat. Anddd.... my obsession too has kept me occupied. I'm starting to like this scarf that I bought from UK... very nice collections. Sometimes I feel like buying them sebab suka tengok je. I think I've bought more than a dozen of them, baru pakai satu je. I love the look, tapi leceh sikit la pakai sebab licin but not so bad la. Beauty is always painful ye tak.. I'll put some pics later.

As usual, Irfan's milestone at 23 Mo:

• Irfan's vocab is so so impressive. He's a quick learner and can say many many words: rice, chicken, fish, egg, juice, chair, ball, car, train tuck banan, grapes, mango, roti, susu etc
• He can say A to Z , 1 to 10, a bit of Alif Ba Ta..to Ya
• He knows how to salam and kiss hands
• He knows quite a bit of animals, dog, cat, lizard, tiger, duck, horse, elephant, Shamu for the whale we saw a whale at Sea World and it's called Shamu etc. He's an animal lover!
• He understands instructions like 'let's change' 'you want to eat' 'you want to play outside' 'sit' 'drink your juice' 'it's nap time' 
• When dada says pee pee.. he'll pee in the bath tub
• He'll say train and sing choo choo when he sees a train passing by at the Indy Park
• He loves water and the water park! Mama and Dada love it too haha!
• Irfan suka main cubit2 and say 'eeiiii..eiiii.. eiiii.. eiiiii...' sambil mencubit and we have to pretend yg sakit dia cubit so that dia gelak hihi padahal tak sakit pun
• After bangun tido dia akan baring lepak atas katil, once dah boring nak turun he'll say 'down.. down.. down' comel sgt
• Bila makan dia akan point to what he wants.. and say 'chicken' or whatever that he wants
• He loves to sing.. twinkle twinkle little star, March with me from Yo Gabba2, ABC, Ba Ba Black Sheep, Alif Ba Ta (yg ni tau sikit2 je)
  
• He can point to some part of his bodies if you ask 'where's your belly button, where're your eyes,feet etc'
• Buttoton= Belly button is my favorite of all his vocabs
• Kalau kite nak solat, he'll  take the telekung and sejadah and pass them to us
• He's a talking machine now and I love it so much!
• He likes cars, trains, balls, balloons 
  
• He'll say 'yak..yak' when he poops
  

Ni nak kena potty train. I'm also training him to say bismillah etc..

On his 23 MO bday we took him to the water park. Irfan sgt la suka air kalau kat rumah menangis nak duduk dl bathtub. The waterpark at Indy is quite a nice one, not so big and not so crowded. For $3 admission, 3 mins away from our house, nothing can beat this one! I totally love it. This is probably the one and only thing I'd miss after pindah ni.

Irfan loves playing with this small fountain. This is the kid's pool and he calls the fish at the middle there "Shamu"
