Alhamdulillah Ramadhan Kareem this year we're still in Wichita KS. Feyruz turned one year old a day before the fasting month, sempat la sambut sikit2. Irfan's birthday will be several days after raya, we might do another birthday+ open house.. I don't know just yet since our schedule is pretty hectic.
School starts today. I am so swamped. Not that I have a class today, just running around registering classes and submitting paperwork. I was walking around campus with Irfan, and all the students looked at me like I'm a crazy mom. Ye la sape bawak anak pegi campus kan. I don't know how am I going to do this..because I don't think that I have the energy of a 21 yr old anymore (the age when I started college). Please Allah give me the strength.. permudahkan semuanya..
Here's a pic of Apam Polkadot that I made yesterday. It doesn't take like apam sgt.. more like muffin. Very padat. Irfan calls them Dinosaur Eggs hehe..
Cantik jugak la kan.. comel2 heheh.. Tapi malas nak buat lagi sbb tak sedap sgt LOL.

Apam mmg susah sikit nak buat. Aku rasa kena buat mixture dia betul2. Kena banyak kali try & error kot. Aku pernah wat dulu pun jd padat & tak sedap jugak LOL. Tak tau la ape secret org buat apam yg lembut & rasa sedap mcm jual kat pasar tu eh
eton ye ke tak sedap.. nampak ko masak ape2 pun mcm sedap je hehe.. apesal eh apam ni x bape jadi confuse tul..
A'ah la gem apam msia mcm lembut je.. aku rasa dia letak banyak baking soda la. Ade org ckp kena guna eno..
aku rasa apam bukan my forte lah..
aku buat apam beras jadi kuih lompang (tak kembang langsung).. tp aku rasa sbb masuk air dari steamer tu..
apam polkadot aku plak macam padat sangat.. huu tak sedap..
