Popiah Basah

Another recipe.. saje la kan kalau tak tulis nanti susah plak nak refer.
I made this utk bawak ke rumah kawan yg mengidam heheh.. nasib jadi. Actually I think I spent several hours nak siapkan kulit popiah tu je... aiyoo.. the last time buat, it was easy peasy.

For Inti:
Carrot - potong panjang2 nipis
Kacang hijau/ buncis
Sengkuang
Kubis - potong halus2
Shrimp (10-12)
Bawang merah + putih (3)
Udang kering (1-2 tbs)
Oyster Sauce (3-5 tbs)
Garam/ Gula

Method: Tumis bawang, udang kering etc.. masukkan shrimp, then segala sayur. At the end masukkan oyste sauce, garam + gula sikit.

Sambal:
Ala this one mcm sambal2 biasa je, just lebihkan bawang putih and gula.

Kulit Popiah:
Flour (1 cup)
Water (3 cups)
Vinegar (2 tbs)
Salt (1 ts)
Method: Ok kulit popiah ni kena buat cair sgt... I dunno why my 2nd attempt tu jadi sticky sikit. But my tip is, buat cair2, and just let the kulit popiah masak for 2 mins or so before terbalik kan.
Before gulung tu, letak a bit of bawang goreng and kacang kisar.





Yummyyy kannn? Nak buat lagi tu... tak tau bila. Sebab memang malassss la sgt  hehehe.. to be honest leceh gile nak buat kuih melayu ni. I'd rather just stare at the pictures, and after several minutes staring, kenyang la kan. Hahah sadis tak..

memang sedap heheh... yg hijau tu dadih. ala apesal ko buat popiah goreng tak sedap plak? mcm senang je nak buat

aku xtau nk wt cmne inti nye,,ari 2 yg aku buat goreng2 sayur 2 ngn garam SAHAJA!!!hahaha rase nye....peerrgghh 'sodap'
